You No Longer Have To Delay Dental Procedures
As your dentist, (and as you’ve clearly experienced for yourself), I know the limitations of dental insurance. Let’s face it: insurance plans are not generous in terms of coverage or reimbursement. Even worse, they are typically limited to a maximum coverage of $1500/year, which means that with just one filling and one crown you’re maxed out. Many of my patients who have exhausted their coverage wind up delaying much needed dental procedures which only make matters worse and more expensive the following year.
To help both my insured and uninsured patients, I am pleased to introduce Doctor Pollak’s Plan (D.D.P.) Here’s how the dental discount plan works:
You pay an annual fee of only $199 to be a member for 12 consecutive months (not per calendar year like insurance plans). A 25% discount will apply to multiple members of the same family – a husband and wife would each pay $175 instead of $199.
DPP membership entitles you to one comprehensive annual cleaning that includes full-mouth x-rays (good for three years). The regular cost of cleaning is $240 but with D.D.P. you’ll only pay $100 for any future cleanings!
If you are uninsured, or if you’ve exhausted your dental insurance, you will pay the same amount of what dental insurance would authorize. This averages to about a 20% discount off my regular and low fees.

Regular cleaning: $140 -D.D.P. cost: $100
White fillings (2-surface): $250 -D.D.P. cost: $200
Crown porcelain: $1,200 -D.D.P. cost: $960
Porcelain Veneer: $1,100 -D.D.P. cost: $880
Wisdom tooth extraction: $200 -D.D.P. cost: $160
With D.D.P. you no longer have to delay dental treatments (which only worsen conditions and make treatments more expensive). Never worry about running out of insurance coverage, being denied or dealing with paperwork bureaucracy.
